It was an inspiring session at a fantastic location (Senaatszaal) where the students were introduced to the possibilities and challenges of RPA in the modern working environment. <\/u><\/u>[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20″][vc_column_text]\n

The College<\/span><\/h2>\n

The guest lecture began with a brief introduction about Tacstone Technology and key trends and developments in the world of automation. During the guest lecture, real-world examples of RPA<\/a> were shown to give students a better understanding of how the technology can be applied in practice. The focus then shifted to RPA and the benefits this technology offers to organizations looking to optimize their processes and operate more efficiently. <\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

In addition, students were also given an overview of the UiPath Platform<\/a>, one of the most popular RPA tools on the market. They learned about the platform’s various features and capabilities and how it can be used to automate complex processes. Tacstone Technology also discussed the potential impact of RPA on the job market and how companies can train and upskill their employees to embrace and integrate the technology into their work processes. <\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

An important aspect of the guest lecture was the emphasis on the story of work. Tacstone Technology emphasized the importance of involving employees in the implementation of RPA and showing them how this technology can improve their day-to-day operations. By involving employees in the implementation of RPA<\/a>, companies can create a culture of innovation and change that increases their competitiveness.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20″][vc_column_text]\n

Consulting assignment<\/span><\/h2>\n

After the guest lecture, the students were given a consulting assignment for Tacstone in which they were asked to think about how RPA<\/a> could be implemented in a specific organization. This enabled the students to put their theoretical knowledge of RPA into practice and develop their consulting skills. <\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

All in all, the guest lecture was a valuable experience for both the students and Tacstone Technology.
