RPA advice in Curaçao and Suriname

The Tacstone group has been carrying out consulting and investment projects in Curaçao and Suriname for many years. Last year Tacstone Technology started RPA projects on the UiPath platform at the Guardian Group (Curaçao), Staatsolie Suriname and Assuria. The experiences are positive. Together with all parties involved, we are convinced that there are still many opportunities. At the same time we see that in the region there is still a lot of unfamiliarity with this new technology. A good reason therefore to organize Suriname’s very first UiPath RPA Seminar!

In the seminar showed Angell Limapo, RPA Developer, and Janpieter Koning, partner, showed what exactly RPA is and how the technology works. They also discussed the project approach, the business case and the impact on the organization and employees. On behalf of Assuria Lindsay Mangoensentono gave a presentation on experiences with a software robot that reads and processes bank statements. The savings realized by this robot are impressive. Roshan Jadnanansing showed how the software robot is being used to perform large-scale automatic regression tests on new updates to their SAP system. A huge improvement over the old situation.

RPA Pilots

Meanwhile, discussions are underway with several parties and preparations have begun for several RPA pilots. The intention is to train several employees of our Surinamese clients through the Tacstone RPA Academy to become certified RPA Developers. So the seeds have been planted. We are curious to see what will come out of it!
