You guard the quality, stimulate innovation and help both junior and medior colleagues to grow to a higher level.

Your role as a Senior Mendix Developer

As a Senior Mendix Developer, you are a key figure within our organization. You work on various customer projects and are responsible for designing and developing innovative Mendix solutions. In addition, you play a crucial role in defining and monitoring our development standards and frameworks. You not only focus on technical excellence, but also act as a mentor and sparring partner for colleagues and client teams.

What you will do:

Design and develop advanced Mendix applications for a variety of clients.
Supervise and coach junior and medior Mendix developers, both internally and at customer sites.
Define and enhance development standards, frameworks and best practices within Tacstone Technology.
Act as technical expert and strategic advisor to customers to optimally implement Mendix solutions.
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing through trainings, workshops and internal innovation projects.
Staying abreast of the latest developments within Mendix and translating them into concrete applications.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for low-code development and a keen eye for quality. You recognize yourself in the following profile:

At least 5 years of experience With Mendix, preferably as a Lead Developer or Architect.
Proven track record in designing and implementing complex Mendix solutions.
Experience with integrations, APIs, CI/CD and cloud solutions Within the Mendix platform.
Affinity with LEAN, Agile and Scrum methodologies ..
Excellent communication skills and experience in coaching and mentoring colleagues.
Ability to shift between strategic decision-making and hands-on development.
A curious and innovative mindset; you always see opportunities to improve processes.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
