Senior RPA Developer

Tacstone Technology is the specialist in the Netherlands on the Business Automation Platform of market leader UiPath. We have already helped many dozens of customers on their automation journey. We devise and develop RPA and AI solutions and combine them in customer projects with technologies such as Data Services and Low Code application development (e.g. Mendix). We work for healthcare institutions, universities, hospitals, public transport, housing corporations, medium-sized insurers and larger family businesses. Mostly in the Netherlands, but also abroad such as Suriname or Curacao.

Tacstone Technology is growing fast. We onboard new clients and new employees every month. This demands a lot from our team and therefore we are looking for a strong Senior RPA Developer who likes to help build and is a real team player.

Are you the team player and quality watchdog who comes to help us build?

Our colleagues and the quality of our work come first. In everything we do. So as Senior RPA Developer, this is also your focus. You guide our talented and often young employees. You provide internal training in our bootcamp. You guarantee the quality of our customer projects.

As a Senior RPA Developer, you always work on multiple client projects side by side. You use your knowledge of and experience with the UiPath automation platform to design solutions, you independently develop automations and you are simultaneously coach, mentor and sounding board for junior colleagues and often developers of our client. You quickly become co-owner of our development standards and framework, work on automation libraries and reusability, and lead one or more product development teams.

You enjoy giving training sessions and workshops at our existing and new customers. You know exactly which new products/applications are coming on the UiPath platform and with the other technologies we work with. Naturally, you like to share this knowledge with the team and you take initiatives to work with this in internal projects and/or at our customers.

Is this you?

You have at least 5 years of working experience as a developer, preferably in RPA (UiPath is a plus) but C# and .NET are also a good basis;
You have experience with Azure Devops, CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum
You preferably have a completed relevant university or college degree, such as Computer Science, Data Science, BIM or Software Engineering;
You are a team player, entrepreneurial, eager to learn, analytically sharp, sociable and helpful;
You enjoy helping/mentoring others and enjoy giving training, workshops and demos.
